I think CJ Mahaney has a condensed form of this book entitled, "Sex, Romance, and the Glory of God." Feminist Mistake, by Mary A. Kassian was recommended by Dr. David Jones at SEBTS, but I have not personally read it. I am currently reading Carolyn McCulley, "Radical Womanhood." I think it is pretty good. She also has a blog http://solofemininity.blogs.com/posts/ I know your list was not exhaustived by any means. I just thought I'd pass along some more helpful books for such an important issue.
